Ashwini, Pushya, Uttaraphalguni, Uttarashadha, Uttrabhadrapad, Rohini, Swati, Punarvasu, Shravan, Ghanishtha, Shatbhisha, Mrigshira, Chitra or Revati is the Nakshatra, then it will be auspicious for you for property division.

2. Consideration of Tithi
